UK-Based freelancer audio engineer Kim Watson joins the hosts on episode 214. They talk about how Kim has made a 23-year career so far by being well-rounded in all areas of sound and with a "never stop learning" mindset. She has started to turn that into a mission of giving back to the next generation which led to recently teaching a Rational Acoustics Smaart class. Kim talks about battling imposter syndrome and how she has learned to create a work/life balance after going through an injury and the pandemic.
