Carl completed his Master of Science in Human Factors and System Safety at Lund University, with a thesis focused on the sociology of safety. Carl also has a role at the Health Quality and Safety Commission New Zealand as a Clinical Lead. Carl is highly regarded on an international level in this arena and this episode was a joy to record.
