Shahrizal Ali, 46 dan Fadzli Jamaludin, 34, yang bertugas di Ibupejabat Polis Daerah Timur Laut dituduh secara bersama dengan sengaja telah melakukan pemerasan dengan mendatangkan ketakukan kepada Mandy Leow Zhia Hooi, 31, berhubung risiko ditangkap oleh Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) di bawah Seksyen 45A (1) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987.
