Slam The Gavel welcomes back William Sewell from SC to the podcast. William was last on Season 5, Episode 269. William was accompanied by Mike "Thunder" Phillips, Investigative Journalist, who has also been documenting William's case.
Today, they discussed updates to William's case such as being extorted $60,950,00 in attorney fees to Attorney D. Gamache, paying his ex-wife's attorney fees, an unknown figure for the third party parasite, Guardian Ad Litem and $8,395.00 for reopening a case (not William's idea) on the 365 Day Rule. On top of that, his ex has legal and physical custody with full decision making and first right of refusal. All of this documented in a 35 page order by Judge M. Kimmons at the taxpayer's expense.
Essentially they are trying to force/demand William to sell his home and imputed his income by three times a figure he has never made. Sound familiar?
