You’ve carried so much today,

But now, it's time to release it all.

To let go of the weight you've been holding,

And allow yourself to rest easily.

PAUSE...

Go ahead and get comfortable,

Find a position that feels just right for your body.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale, feel your body begin to soften.

Feel your muscles loosen,

And let your body sink deeper into your bed.

PAUSE...

Take another deep breath in,

And imagine gathering up all the little worries of the day.

The thoughts that have followed you here,

The ones whispering in the background of your mind.

As you exhale, let them float away,

Released with the breath.
