This episode wraps up our current season called "Business Matters", as we take a break for the annual conference by American Translators Association (ATA). We welcome the new Administrator and Assistant Administrator of the ATA Slavic Languages Division, Eugenia Tietz-Sokolskaya and Steven McGrath. Eugenia Tietz-Sokolskaya is a Russian>English (ATA-certified) and French>English legal and financial translator based in the Philadelphia area. She holds a Master’s in Translation from Kent State University. She was one of the co-founders of the SLD's ATA exam practice group and runs its Russian>English channel. http://sokolskayatranslations.com/ Steven McGrath is an ATA-Certified Russian to English translator from Iowa City, Iowa. He has over five years of experience in translation. He received a Master’s degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University, Russia’s most prominent educational institution. Steven is knowledgeable about a wide range of subjects and has welcomed translation projects of many varieties, from official documents and commercial websites to works of scholarship, journalism and literature. http://www.mcgrathtranslations.com/
