Two current tendencies are prevalent in the business world (and also in personal relationships).
On the one hand, some people believe that you must accept responsibility for every possible thing that happens in your company or relationship. However, at the other end of the spectrum, you find people always blaming others for their problems.
Like most things in life, there's a middle ground. You have to accept responsibility, BUT you must also know that things will always affect you somehow.
In those cases, you still have a choice. You can control how you react to what is happening. You have the power.
And the more responsibility you take for your actions, the more power you will have.
Taking responsibility and being accountable is an important topic that is missing in society as a whole. Some people say that younger generations have this problem. We disagree. Society, in general, has this problem.
