After an exhibition in London about the history of kimono came to Marie and Sarah's attention, the piece, and what it represents to fashion, has been on their minds ever since. Here, they discuss the cultural and timeless quality of the kimono, and the other items that have crossed cultural borders to become staples of fashion around the world.
