...everything before this text was without numbers & to a certain degree awareness since PTSD takes over & flashbacks have been contained in voice memos, text messages, direct messages, posts, & writing in various online sites not only to be containers, but with parameters that quantify the amount of pictures (visual triggers/tt), or use of videos (audio + visual triggers/tt & with updates & changes, there is NO to LIMITED RELIABILITY since things that are done well should be most effective with updates that make sense while understanding the goal is to HELP PEOPLE CONNECT TO HELP OTHERS [otherwise why do it?]
When I wrote it all comes in 3s, this just means decision-making to keep going in this direction or ptsd flashbacks seem to come in 3 memories & I think of symbolism, themes & ways to interrupts an Author's Purpose e.g. brandishing of the sword. It's all nonverbal communication to me.
