My guest this episode is Eli Goldaris. He’s a Sober Dad whose journey to sobriety began during his time as an Army Officer and Platoon Leader. Eli is the proud father of Indiana (Indi for short), a spirited almost two-year-old named after his alma mater, and is excitedly preparing for the arrival of his son in February. While managing the joys and challenges of parenthood, Eli serves as a Managing Director at Isagani Yorke Capital Partners, where he applies his strategic financial mindset to help growing small companies as a Fractional CFO. We talk about work-life balance, parenting, leadership, and how the notion of unlimited PTO isn’t all it’s made out to be.
