For the past three months, I’ve been deconstructing Alcoholics Anonymous out loud online. What started as a scary moment of “coming out” has turned into a massive awakening.

From reclaiming my power to unraveling the cult-like ideology of AA, here’s everything I’ve learned — and what I’d say to myself in 2009 before I ever set foot in a meeting.

🎧 If you’re navigating the after-recovery void, deprogramming from AA, or just curious about alternatives — this one’s for you.
