Hey Sober Mama! It happens every day. You wake up in the morning and tell yourself it’s going to be better today, you’re going to do a better job, you’re going to be more kind, more loving, more fun. Then bam, it feels like failure. You get to the end of the day, ready to check in and do a nightly inventory and it’s the same thing, you could have been more kind, you could have been more mellow, more fun. You were stressed, thinking about yourself all day, angry, maybe even bitter. The day was full of relationship conflict, again. I’ve got a treat for you today. I’m looking forward to sharing a guided meditation that will help you activate love, fill you up with an overflow of God’s grace. For today’s epsiode, you’ll want to find a few minutes that you are able to listen, breathe, and not be interrupted.
