In this episode... A comprehensive study involving 5,000 patients across 11 clinics over 5.5 years compared the effectiveness of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in treating anxiety. The findings revealed that 90% of patients receiving EFT showed improvement, compared to 63% in the CBT group. Notably, only three EFT sessions were needed to reduce anxiety, whereas an average of 15 sessions were required for CBT. Complete relief of symptoms was observed in 76% of the EFT group, compared to 51% in the CBT group. One year later, improvements were maintained by 78% of the EFT group, compared to 69% of the CBT group. The study: https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/pdf/10.1177/2515690X18823691
