In this deeply personal episode of Soulful Stories with Steph, I’m opening up about my lifelong journey with anxiety. What it looked like, how it shaped me, and what finally helped me begin to heal and get it under control.

From the quiet panic of childhood to full-blown panic attacks and insomnia, wine dependency, and medical gaslighting of my twenties and thirties, I share the moments that broke me, as well as the ones that slowly brought me back to life.

This is a story about trauma hiding in plain sight. About being dismissed, dismissed again, and finally deciding to take healing into my own hands. I talk honestly about the day everything changed, where I sat in a beanbag with a guided meditation, and how tools like meditation and energy therapy gave me my life back.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, dismissed, or like your anxiety is too much to carry, this episode is for you.
