Did you lose your period, or is it becoming more and more irregular?

Maybe you went from 30-day cycles to 35-40 over the past few months or maybe your period ghosted you completely and you’re left wondering “what on earth is going on?!”.

In this Podcast episode, I explore the most common reasons for missing periods, and I help you with a 5-step solution to recover your period.

Red light filter on iPhone: step-by-step instructions on how to activate:

Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size > Colour Filters. Enable "Colour Filters," select "Colour Tint," and then adjust the "Hue" and "Intensity" sliders to achieve a red tint.

—> You can also create a shortcut for easy access by going to Settings > Accessibility > Accessibility Shortcut and selecting "Colour Filters." Then, triple-click the side or home button to toggle the red filter on/off.
