Leadership is not about the title. It's about the qualities and respect accorded to an individual who earns the trust of his team.
Whether it's a large corporation or a small business, most organizations are still broken up in teams, just like the Navy Seals.
The cohesiveness of the Navy Seals is difficult to create in the civilian world because it is not life and death.
Leadership is important because leadership determines the success of the team. There are major consequences for poor leadership.
We discuss the challenges of leadership, the fastest way to destroy trust in an organization, and how to build it.
One epidemic that is currently happening is talent flight due to bad leaders.
Let's get that under control.
How do you become a better leader?
Listen in as Marty Strong and I discuss leadership in all its aspects. Marty is a CEO, author, speaker, and retired Navy Seal. He is the author of the book, "Be Nimble: How the Creative Navy Seal Mindset Wins on the Battlefield and in Business"
His book can be found at https://martystrongbenimble.com
Come learn how to listen more and how to properly lead.
