You have a problem.
You don't listen. You never hear me. You miscommunicate at home or work.
You get confused because you misinterpret what you hear.
Why?
Because you listen only enough to think about what you want to say rather than listening to relate to what is being relayed. This makes it difficult to understand.
Brigitta Hoeferle and I share a deep discussion about how you can learn to listen, not with the intent of responding, but with the intent of relating to the person you are talking to. This will improve relationships at work, at home, in family or friendships...it's a skill that all of us need to improve.
The main problem you have when talking to someone...is listening.
You know it. I know it.
I have the same problem. It's very human.
So come listen in and take notes. We cover some good information here.
Brigitta is a professional Ted Talks speaker, Executive coach and CEO. We cover a lot of great info and if you want to learn more from her, go to her website, https://www.brigittahoeferle.com
Take notes and listen to relate so that you can understand!
