Letting go of attachments is one of the effects of being increasigly present. The more present we are the less we are concerned about the past or future, the less attached we are to creating outcomes or trying to reframe or otherwise find peace with our past.

All value is experienced in the present moment. Therefore, we're not losing anything of value by letting go of the past and future.

I offer a free 30 minute coaching session. If you'd like to avail yourself of that, contact me at [email protected]
