Welcome students to the mid end of 4th quarter back to school Spring term activities at Spoken Wordplay Podcast Community. I am your head instructor Ms. Tonya Michelle Wilkerson speaking from the heart with a motivational message. The month of May is recognized as Mental Health Awareness Month so in support of your mental, social and emotional health & well beings, I am referring you to TestInnovators.com. It's an online educational test prep school resources to help students reduce test anxiety, increase ISEE test scores and gain acceptance in schools with selective admissions processes. The head instructor Ms. Tonya wants students to participate in Teachers Appreciations Week starting May 6th through May 10th. Students, try these creative ideas such as

  • writing a thank you letter or
  • creating a presentation like drawing or painting a picture,
  • treat your favorite teachers to a school luncheon with their favorite candy
  • plan a surprise class party,
  • create a personalized coffee mug or gift certificate to your teachers favorite storefront to
  • shop for school supplies and mindfulness products at teacherspayteachers.com/store/spoken-wordplay-podcast

Students, I would like to share with you mindfulness educational trailer called" Coping with Stress & Test Anxiety" positive I Am affirmations to say to oneself in the mirror to help students face their fears in taking timed test exams.
