Anti-hunting extremists have abused this platform, often extending the commission’s agenda by hours as we are inundated with a barrage of misleading testimonies rooted in falsehoods and fallacies. Make no mistake about it, this is their playbook. They will continually attempt to overwhelm the commission and legislature so they can mislead and implement their attacks on hunting, fishing and all consumptive use. Fortunately, their fabrications have consistently fallen flat, as they lack facts or data to support their claims.
CRWM remains steadfast in our commitment to counter any attempts to undermine the North American Model of Wildlife Conservation. We have achieved victory on every level and intend to leverage this momentum. Their efforts have failed with Proposition 127, they could not halt the East Slope Management Plan, and they have now been unsuccessful with HB-1258.
