Our second chronicle in the Rage Across Tampa universe kicks off as a Pack of young Garou arrive from Hell, Michigan to the city of Tampa. They have been sent by their elders to meet with the Silver Fang Matthias Morningkill to act as reinforcements to the Sept of the Evening Star. The real question is: What kind of reinforcements can a vagabond, a thief, a drug addict, a cannibal, and a hypocrite make? Is this a story of redemption or a downward spiral?
