When things seem really hard and it feels impossible to understand why we, as humans, do what we do and make the choices we make, it’s worth remembering that we all want to be loved, and accepted, and to feel like we’re enough, and we’re always going to feel better when someone else tells us that we ARE all of those things. Because in that brief moment, we feel less afraid of being NONE of those things…and that fear can truly run everything in our lives if we let it. On today’s episode we’re talking about finding safety for all of those things within ourselves so that we can stop giving weight to the words of other people and our own inner critic, and start to live our lives from a place of love not fear.
