I used to believe power was about control—the loudest voice in the room, the one who made the rules while the rest of us adapted. But life had other lessons for me. Through hard experiences, mistakes, and unexpected teachers (some with fur, some with hooves), I’ve come to understand that real power has nothing to do with dominance. It’s about presence. About alignment. About being someone worth following—not because I forced it, but because of how I chose to show up. 🔹 What You’ll Find in This Episode: ✅ The moment I realized I had given my power away—and why it haunted me for years ✅ How a German Shepherd mix & a 1,800-pound Shire horse challenged my understanding of leadership ✅ The difference between "power-over" and "power-with"—and why one is crumbling ✅ Why control is rooted in fear, and true power doesn’t need to dominate ✅ How stepping into my power changed everything—without aggression or force 🔥 The Shift: Power-Over vs. Power-With 🔥 ⚡ “Real power doesn’t need control—only fear does.” ⚡ For years, I feared stepping into my power, afraid it would turn me into something I didn’t want to be. But I was wrong. The only people who abuse power are the ones who don’t actually have it. As we move into the Age of Aquarius, the old dominance-based power structures are breaking. Collaboration, trust, and self-sovereignty are replacing control, fear, and submission. The question is: Are we ready to step into power-with? I don’t claim to have all the answers—I’m still learning, just like you. But if this resonates, let’s explore it together.
