She was introduced to the world of sleep medicine when working for a manufacturer of oral appliances, and she was instantly hooked on the idea of educating patients on sleep health and collaborating for multidisciplinary care.
Teresa went on to earn her board certification in clinical sleep health, and over the years, her expertise has made her a national speaker on topics ranging from sleep hygiene and basic sleep science to dental sleep medicine protocols and remote physiological monitoring (RPM) for obstructive sleep apnea patients.
