In this week's Strength it was another special episode as I joined by my very first co-host, Tom Hill of Steel Habitat.

We had the pleasure of chatting with CrossFit coach and athlete, as well as a coach of coaches, Christopher Lavelle.

As both myself and Tom have gravitated to training the team of coaches we work with, the content and information that Christopher produces has filled us with confidence that we are on the right path. With the success Christopher has had through his mentorship programme, he has a proven track record of helping coaches develop their skills to consistently produce a great service to their clients, members and athletes.
