We are honored and thankful for this episode with Scott Dykes. Mr. Dykes found himself in a very difficult time in life. He was involved in a very traumatic vehicle accident and was told by the doctors, "You will never walk again." Mr Dykes shares, very transparently, what that phrase did for him and what he did to achieve a high level of accomplishment. He started with only being able to move his toes, to walking, to running 2 miles, to finishing a marathon, to then later finishing the Skunk Ape 50mile Ultra Marathon! Mr. Dykes is also an author of several books and is currently working on another book. Please enjoy this episode of the Suffer Up Podcast!
