We discuss why it is important for business owners to take a holiday.
It is pretty important for you to get out of the business to recharge your batteries and make sure that you aren't burning out. It is also important to get out of the business to reflect on the business.
What do you need to do in your business to be able to take a holiday?
We look at People, Processes and Profit. The 3Ps for holidays for small business owners.
Profit - you need the money to pay for the holiday and to be able to take time out of the business.
People - you need great people able to run the company while you are away.
Processes - the key tasks are clearly documented so that they can be done without the owners input.
