When we are looking to solve a problem, one of the most difficult elements of a problem can be regret. It’s that thought, if only I'd done something differently when I had the chance, then this problem wouldn't be here. If I had or hadn’t done something at a certain moment in time, that would have changed everything about the past from that point on, the present moment that is being experienced right now, and the future.

Regret is a powerful state of mind for us to look at. In this episode, we’re going to define regret, how it works, what it does, and how to free up the full power of the human mind.

What is Covered:

-The definition of regret

-How regret functions in the mind

-The benefits of regret for the ego identity

-What happens when our mind resists the present moment

-What happens when our mind is present in the moment

-The role and value of regret for personal growth

-The questions we can ask ourselves in relation to our regret
