Books, Pencils, and Big Dreams: A Young Author With A Mission featuring Siona Talekar
Manage episode 493658364 series 3385199
Join us this week as my guest, Siona Talekar, gives us a glimpse of how our youth are ready to take the lead!
Author, artist, and humanitarian are just a few of the titles she already holds. At the age of 13, she published her book: I Know What You Do When I Go To School, which she also illustrated! Already winning awards and getting recognition in the film industry, Siona's story is absolutely inspirational to any young person who loves to create!
Siona has a mission and you can help her make it happen. As she explains: "But I don’t want to just sell my book—I want to share it with other kids who might need a little joy, imagination, and comfort in their lives."
You can help Siona's with her fundraising campaign to donate 5,000 books to children here: https://givebutter.com/Siona
