In this episode, we talk about how we push past our resistance so that we can actually manifest the destituciones we want in our life! Resistance is a normal part of life, but it doesn’t mean we need to give it any of our power.

  12. I love the process of change and the new possibilities it brings
  13. I speak with clarity and confidence about my needs and desires for change
  14. I speak positively about my ability to overcome challenges
  15. I speak affirmations of growth and transformation into my life
  16. I see change as an opportunity for growth and expansion
  17. I see the lessons and benefits in every challenging situation
