Teresa Quinlan is a coach, leadership specialist, master facilitator and speaker. She is the founder and CEO of IQ+EQ=TQ, a human-centric company that specializes in executive coaching and leadership development. IQ+EQ=TQ stands for Intelligence Quotient + Emotional Quotient = Talent Quotient.
Teresa has 22 years of experience in leadership and 16 years of experience creating leadership programming and training leaders. Being in numerous leadership roles at such a young age, she developed her practice based on the principle that Emotional Intelligence is the foundation for greater levels of well-being, with happiness being the key predictor for success.
