Six years ago, Stacey had just lost 150 pounds. Today - she is still living in victory! Many who are successful in weight loss, unfortunately, have difficulty keeping it off and continuing to live in freedom. My conversation with Stacey today on the Taste for Truth Podcast is chock full of insight about not only how to lose the weight, but also maintaining a 150-pound weight loss with God's help.

I'm just at a place in my life where I need to find a work-life balance that is sustainable, and going down to one podcast seems like a very helpful way to do that.
