Uniting diverse individuals remains a challenge. Educators face this daily. Administrators must harmonize the teaching staff, student body, and community. When will educators align with their administrators? Despite differences, we are all part of the same team. Understand your administrator's perspective and ask God to change your attitude. Pray for their well-being and support their efforts. Genuine interest in their vision and well-being is essential for unity.
