Bing Xin is one of the most well known contemporary female writers. She wrote for children all her life. Her “To My Little Readers” which was first published in the “Morning Post” brought her whereabouts abroad to Chinese children of that time. Today, we will choose two letters from this collection, and bring us back to that ship which was sailing from China to America.
