In this episode, Dean Yip talked with some of the people behind Blueprint, an academic enrichment program for highly motivated Black secondary school students interested in careers in Science, Technology Engineering and Math (STEM). Engineering Outreach Coordinator Cassandra Abraham designed and oversees the program, while Ngozi Isiuwe is a second-year electrical engineering student who served as a mentor in Blueprint.
