Brian Carmichael, an adjunct professor and pastor, discussed his journey in ministry, starting from his teenage years when he felt called to preach. He shared his experiences of balancing multiple roles, including teaching, pastoring, and working for the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board. Brian emphasized the importance of genuine relationships and the Cooperative Program in connecting African American churches with resources and support.
