Dale had the privilege to talk with Bob Hamp again today discussing a common theme that he's noticed that effects a lot of ministry leaders. Negative circumstances or broken relationships often cause leaders to wonder "what they did wrong" to cause the problem. For so many, this type of thinking is a natural default that has been developed over years of relational interaction.

Bob helps us to understand the impact of family origin that often leads us to react this way. Hopefully, today's conversation will help many of us to begin down a pathway of experiencing complete freedom in Jesus.
