Episode One: Neurodiversity, Nutrition & Stress (with Camilla Hiller)
Manage episode 475485523 series 3502079
The Accessibility Partners & Inclusion podcast explores a wealth of topics, deep-diving into life with a disability, be it physical, a learning disability, or neurodiversity. Our challenges are unique, and this podcast aims to inspire conversations about how we all have a role to play in fostering better inclusion and reframing those stereotypical preconceptions around disability.
In the first episode of the Accessibility Partners & InclUSion podcast, M-J joins entrepreneur Camilla Hiller and Dr Rachel Heddings to discuss neurodiversity, nutrition, and stress. She talks candidly about her experiences as a parent of autistic children and within our education and healthcare systems and how those have impacted her journey to champion greater inclusion.
M-J opens up to explore the moment that changed her perspective on neurodiversity and the impact certain food choices can have on symptoms and presentations, specifically removing sugar, gluten, wheat and dairy from the diet.
She talks about her non-profit InclUSion and the value of community for the neurodiverse community!
