Over the years, libraries have become more than just places to borrow books or bring your kids for storytime. They offer newcomer services and advice -- a place where new Canadians can find community and learn about their new home. They have youth hubs where teens can meet and stay occupied, and plenty of children's programs that foster learning through play. They provide free wifi, and offer refuge from cold in winter and heat in the summer. We take a look at Albion Library and find out why it's become an important second and third space for some.
