What happens when we don’t have L&D fundamentals in place when we integrate AI in the workplace? The short answer - our learners suffer.
Introducing ChatGPT and other AI in the workplace can provide on-demand performance support when it’s needed most and support self-directed learning. But if we’re not careful, AI could make a bad process worse. The last thing we want to do is spend time, money, and resources providing AI-driven learning solutions when that’s not the real problem.
