Hannah Walker is a personal trainer who, after seeing just how much physical training changed not only her health and fitness but also her mindset, set up her own business, Eton Fitness.

Eton Fitness focuses on 1-2-1 online training in her ‘The Empowered Female Programme’. Although this is based around fitness, she also includes education surrounding hormones, training and nutrition. The majority of women I train are in Perimenopause.

Hannah is here to share the struggles and the successes she went through to start her own business.
