Neil was born with a congenital eye condition that has left him almost blind. However, that didn't stop him from competing in both Athletics or Cycling! Neil is also now in pride of place on a UK postage stamp.
Neil talks candidly about his journey from the small boy who hid his disability, to the man he is now who helps others find their true path and earn their 'stripes'. Despite his training Neil now works as a business coach.
