In this episode I interview birth and postnatal doula Karli Smith. Karli is a mum of two, living in Melbourne. She runs her doula business Karli Smith Doula. Karli is a passionate birth worker, educated, knowledgeable and speaks so well. Karli shares her two breastfeeding journeys. We talk about oversupply and overactive letdown and how she effectively managed this with hand expressing and block feeding.
