In this episode I interview Marike Knight. Marike is a mum of a little boy called Luka. She is also a mindfulness consultant and the founder and director of Cool Karma Collected. Where she threw away the books and just read her baby. Marike tried to really simplify her fourth trimester with just her, Luka and her husband. You can see her experience in mindfulness and wellbeing really shine through in her words Marike also explains how things unravelled a little bit when a family member came to stay and she started to question her milk supply. Marike leads us through her expressing and her changing to formula, and she wonders whether her lack of belief in her body added to her perception of her milk being 'enough' for her baby.
