Bray talks about his coaching style and how he has adjusted it heading into year two. Bray discusses new quarterback Maalik Murphy and what he will bring to the offense, including his ability to throw the football down the field. Bray previews the Cal Bears and discusses head coach Justin Wilcox, as well as what he expects from Cal. Bray also mentions what show he was obsessed with during the offseason. Co-publisher of Cal Bears on SI, Jeff Faraudo, joins the program to discuss the Oregon State vs Cal game in week one. Faraudo talks about how this Cal is the unknown because the coaches haven't allowed the media to get a look at practice, which is not how it used to be in Berkeley. Faraudo doesn't expect true freshman quarterback Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele to be leaned upon to win the game, but expects the Cal offense to be able to throw the football against the Oregon State defense.
