In this episode I answer a listener question about the concept of being a non emotional (having an undefined Solar Plexus center) and feeling like she's gaslighting herself emotionally.

We understand that as Non Emotionals, our emotions are triggered by something outside of ourselves... but does that mean our emotions don't mean anything to us? Our emotions are just from other people? How can that be?

Whether you are an Emotional or Non Emotional, I'm sharing tons of practical tips on how to honor, address, and release your emotions in a way that works for your type.

I even share a free gift with you to help you tap into your emotions on a daily basis. You can download my free Daily Breathwork Practice by clicking here.

I also share my favorite book for learning to release trapped emotions. Click here to find the Emotion Code by Bradley Nelson
