The challenge by the Democratic Alliance, takes aim at amendments to the Employment Equity Amendment Act that went into effect in January. Dr Mbuyiseni Ndlozi was joined by General Secretary of SAFTU, Zwelinzima Vavi and Labour Lawyer and DA Spokesperson on Labour, Michael Bagraim.
