👑It’s just me, Erin, mic on, heart open, and zero expectations.

In this solo episode, I’m reflecting on the ripple effects of starting this podcast… and the wild ways it’s already changed me. I talk about showing up messy, navigating fear, and that uncomfortable-but-universal habit of avoiding what needs to rise (aka: the beach ball effect 🏐).

We get into:

  • What neuroscience says about healing, sound, and flow state 🎶🧠
  • Why I finally feel like a facilitator (not just a community member)
  • The truth about emotional triggers, especially with PTSD
  • How showing up, even imperfectly, creates real momentum
  • My favorite quote from rehab + a journal prompt you won’t forget
  • Big dreams (like hosting retreats 🐬) vs. small, daily shifts (like taking your damn vitamins)

Oh, and I finally announced the launch of the In Her Element Retreats! The Water Retreat will be held in Cape Coral with my dear friend Teresa (you met her in Episode 6)!

Whether you’re here to heal, get honest with yourself, or sit in the car and breathe for once, this one’s for you.
