Welcome to The Book Desserts Podcast series for non-fiction authors looking to elevate their business and craft and lead an impactful group program around their book.

In today's episode, we’re talking to Linda Rossetti Executive Director of The Transition Institute, LLC and the Author of Dancing with Disruption: A New Approach to Navigating Life’s Biggest Changes. Linda is sharing her experience going from writing her book to having an accredited certification program with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

In this episode you’ll hear about:

☀️ Linda’s book and her process from going from book to having a group certification program

☀️ The surprising benefit of a group program

☀️ Linda’s larger programming plans for her community and her book

Linda shares how she decided what to focus on from her book for her first certification program that included education credits for professionals and why she chose a group program as the way to deliver that training. You’ll here about the approach her team has taken to programming beyond this initial training and the exponential power of this approach.

At the end of this episode, you’ll be invited to identify the groups that would be most interested in your group program. You’ll also be invited to determine if there are any accredited bodies you might want to get your group program certified with.
