My name is Bridget Paddon, I am spiritual, creative and a lifelong learner. I am a woman’s activation coach, I am a reiki energy healer, and I am a guardian of mother earth. I want to share my story with you and all of the steps that have led me to where I am today.
I was born in Southland New Zealand and raised on a farm where I began to forge my connection with the earth. I studied as a primary school teacher and eased myself into the teaching environment through relief teaching. During this time, I continued my studies with a Certificate in Sports Training + Development. After finishing that I began a Diploma in Professional Coaching at the Southern Institute of Technology.
I didn’t start this course with the intention of becoming a coach, but it was incredibly enriching. I loved working with kids and teaching but didn’t feel aligned in that work and just felt more tired and sick as time went on. Because of this, I resigned from teaching to pursue work as a coach. Over the last few years my coaching business has grown and evolved.
